Introduction
To test the effect of forest bathing on human immune function, we investigated NK activity; the proportions of NK and T cells, perforin, granzymes, and granulysin-expression in human blood lymphocytes during a visit to the forest fields.
Write your translation on the next line:
To see if forest bathing made a difference in human immunity by increasing it.
Results
The forest bathing trip significantly increased
the percentages of lymphocytes and monocytes, and
significantly decreased the percentages of granulocytes
in the peripheral blood of the subjects.
Write your translation on the next line:
Forest bathing profoundly increases immunity in many ways.
Discussion
Previous studies have reported that forest bathing reduces the concentration. of cortisol in saliva, reduces prefrontal cerebral activity, reduce blood pressure and stabilize autonomic nervous activity in humans.

Besides increasing immunity, reduces stress hormone, relaxes the nervous system and lowers hypertension.
Future Directions
They should try it with women and children maybe even the pet dog.
Difficult Material
I don’t find anything hard to understand. Great outdoors is a natural healer. I find it amazing, hug a tree if your feet can’t touch the earth. GROUNDING!
